Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using Wheee!, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you cannot lawfully agree in your country, you may use Wheee! only with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian. Do not use the service if you disagree with these terms.
The service
Wheee! is an AI-assisted trip-planning tool. It can organise trip ideas into itineraries, map places and routes, store preferences, estimate costs, and support shared planning. Features may change as the pre-launch product develops.
Wheee! is not a travel agency, tour operator, booking service, emergency service, or source of immigration, medical, legal, or safety advice. Unless a future feature expressly says otherwise, Wheee! does not make reservations, take travel payments, or become a party to a contract between you and a travel provider.
Travel and AI information
AI output and third-party information can be incomplete, outdated, unavailable, or wrong. Times, routes, weather, costs, availability, ratings, opening hours, visa and border rules, accessibility, health guidance, and local safety conditions can change. Verify important information with the relevant official source and use your own judgement before travelling or spending money.
Accounts
Keep account credentials confidential and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by a failure for which the provider is legally responsible. Notify contact@steadygo.app promptly if you believe the account has been compromised. Account deletion is available in the app and through the public deletion page.
Shared trips and user content
You retain rights in trip notes and other content you provide. You grant the provider the limited rights needed to host, process, reproduce, and share that content to operate the service and honour the permissions you select. Only share a trip with people you trust. Do not upload content you lack the right to use or content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or contains another person's sensitive information without a valid reason and permission.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Wheee! for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
- Do not attempt to bypass quotas, security controls, permissions, rate limits, or access restrictions.
- Do not interfere with the service, probe it without permission, distribute malware, scrape it at scale, or misuse third-party data.
- Do not use the assistant to generate abuse, harassment, dangerous instructions, or content that violates another person's rights.
Subscriptions and stores
Paid mobile features, if offered, are purchased through the App Store or Google Play at the price and billing period displayed by that store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the store before renewal. The store handles payment, cancellation, and refund rules. Restoring a purchase may require the same store account and the Wheee! account linked to the entitlement. Deleting a Wheee! account does not cancel a store subscription.
Third-party services
Maps, places, routes, weather, travel results, app stores, and external booking links can be supplied by third parties under their own terms. A link or result is not an endorsement or guarantee. Any booking or purchase completed with a third party is between you and that third party.
Availability and changes
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, capacity limits, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Features, limits, and beta access may be changed or discontinued. Where legally required, material changes to paid access or these terms will be communicated in advance.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or terminated when reasonably necessary to address security risk, abuse, unlawful activity, a serious breach of these terms, or third-party rights. Measures will be proportionate where practical. You may stop using Wheee! and delete the account at any time.
Warranty and liability
Wheee! is provided with the care required by applicable law, but no guarantee is made that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular trip. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by reliance on AI output, estimates, or third-party travel information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or mandatory statutory guarantees where applicable.
Law and contact
Austrian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. The competent courts are determined by applicable law. Questions can be sent to contact@steadygo.app. Provider details are available in the imprint.
